I spent well over an hour on this, and I'm mostly proud of how it turned out~!

So let's see here... a better description of why I wrote what I did...

Leji Matsumoto's Captain Harlock is a series that had a profound impact on anime.
It was a show that was as much for the adults as it was for the kids.
It was neither shoujo nor shounen.
It had a deep and involved story that can be understood by nigh any age group.

The only issue here being that I am actually unable to watch Harlock.
I do have it available to me via Hulu and DVD, but I find myself looking more at the character designs and not bothering about the story or dialogue (which is mostly subtitled).
I know the story by reputation, though, and I know how important it is, how revolutionary the premise of the show has been...
The effect that Harlock has had is still evident today in anime.
Hell, Cowboy Bebop probably would not have been a thing even.
