NOTES:
scales are a dull metallic colour (almost any non-vibrant dark/dilluted colour would work)
The spikes on their head and back are soft
The center three leg joints are immobile, otherwise walking would be impossible.
Their venom kills slowly, unlike the Chaos Beast's venom
Their markings/patterns, if they have any, are insect or snake like. They can be circular, stripes or squiggles, but they are always symmetrical.
